Office Administrator (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Supports daily operations at Electra Solutions, providing administrative coordination between field crews, customers, vendors, and management. Well-suited to a candidate with prior exposure to the electrical, contracting, construction, or real estate industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and dispatch coordination for field crews
- Handle customer phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate with vendors on parts orders, deliveries, and account management
- Process job paperwork including permits, work orders, and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and basic bookkeeping tools
- Support owner and project managers with general administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Prior experience in or exposure to electrical, contracting, construction, or real estate (required)
- Proficient with email, calendar tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail; manage multiple priorities

Electrician (All License Levels)
Hiring electricians at all experience levels — apprentices through master electricians. Unlicensed candidates with relevant trade experience also encouraged to apply. We provide the tools, the truck, and the training.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and code requirements
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify cost-effective solutions
- Comply with NEC, state, and local electrical codes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with customers, GCs, and inspectors
Qualifications
- All license tiers welcome: apprentice, journeyman, master
- Unlicensed candidates with relevant trade experience also welcome
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; work in varied physical environments

Electrical Estimator (Blueprint Takeoff)
Analyze project blueprints and specifications to produce competitive, accurate bids for residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work. High-impact role with direct visibility to ownership.
Responsibilities
- Review project blueprints, schematics, specs; perform accurate quantity takeoffs
- Prepare detailed cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, subs
- Submit competitive bids to GCs, owners, and developers
- Maintain estimating software and historical cost databases
- Support PMs during job kickoff and value engineering
- Build and maintain vendor and supply-house relationships
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in electrical estimating
- Proficient with takeoff software (Accubid, ConEst, McCormick) and Excel
- Strong understanding of NEC and electrical construction methods
- Excellent communication; manage multiple bids under deadlines
Compensation
- $80,000 – $120,000 base + commission on awarded projects
- Sign-on bonus available for well-qualified candidates
- Remote work available based on experience
